How can I qualify for the IBT and IBT Championship?

Who is qualified for Innova Baltic Tour event?

- Player have to have current PDGA membership

- Players PDGA rating have to be atleast 780 to register

Who is qualified for Innova Baltic Tour Championship?

- Player have to have current PDGA membership.
- Player have to have an invitation to the event.
- Players will get invitation if they have qualified for the event. From every event (Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia) comes 25% from total amount of invitations to the IBT Championship. So incase IBT Championship has 144 spots then every tournament gives 36 invitations. Remaining 25% of inivtations will be sent to European and World top players.
- After recieving invitation (by email) player has 2 weeks to pay the IBT Championship fee. Otherwise he/she will be removed from the invitation list and he/she have to qualify again to get the invitation.
- Players who are locally or globally in a top level can recieve invitation to IBT Championship.

Wild Cards

Wild Cards are reserved spots in the tournament, and are granted at the discretion of the local Tournament Director. The recipient of the Wild Card gains the right to register to an event. Below is an example of the distribution of wild cards for a typical IBT event. Changes to the amount of wild cards for any event is solely at the discretion of the IBT organization.

Standard Registration Phases

Registration for each individual IBT event starts approximately two (2) months before the event and includes three (3) phases. Registration isn’t complete until the registrants has paid the entry fee for the event.

Phase 1: PDGA members with a minimum rating of

MPO 900
FPO 825
MPM 875
MJ1 825

are able to register.  The Phase 1 registration window will be open for approximately two (2) weeks.

Phase 2: PDGA members with a minimum rating of

MPO 850
FPO 780
MPM 825
MJ1 780

are able to register.  The Phase 2 registration window will be open for approximately two (2) weeks, beginning immediately after Phase 1 closes.

Phase 3: PDGA members with a minimum rating of 780 are able to register.  The Phase 3 registration window will be open for approximately two (2) weeks, beginning immediately after Phase 2 closes.

Registration within phases is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
